So yeah, selling a house and trying to buy a new one at the same time, it sucks ASS!!

Some people put a contract on ours and were planning to buy it, until yesterday. Apparently the wife lost her job and now they can't get the house.

So all that frantic, running around trying to find a house has been for not. Which is fine since we have lost no less than three houses now! UGH!! I mean we put a contract on them but someone else beat us by two hours or wanted to close 10 days earlier or some other excuse.

Now I'm having a real hard time getting excited about ANY house as I figure that we aren't going to get it for some reason or another.

AND now I have to Uber Clean my house again so that it can continue to be shown to prospective buyers. ACK!

That's all, nothing much going on here lately.

UPDATE: 5/18/05

Well I guess she found a new job quickly as we got word yesterday afternoon that the contract is back on. So we are hot on the trail of a house again. WHEW! Barely 24 hours of relaxation.
