Donnie Darko has now officially been added to my list of all time favorite movies!

How could a movie be freaky, mind bending, a little scary, and funny all at the same time you ask? Well just watch it for yourselves to find out. Seriously, this movie is amazing!

On a slightly different note, how can effing horrible movies like "Glitter" or "Crossroads" get major distribution all across the country while excellent movies like "Dancer in the Dark" or "Donnie Darko" are forced into almost absolute obscurity so that you have to go see them at the university theater or wait until they are released on DVD? What is wrong with the world?!? Maybe a better question is what is wrong with the American viewing public? Do these people really like to be fed horse manure while being told that it tastes good?

That's my rant for the day!
